About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join a cutting-edge technology team working on AI-driven innovation projects. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end ML initiatives — from concept to production — collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, production-grade ML systems that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ML projects, from design to deployment.
- Partner with data scientists and business leaders to define success metrics and optimize model outcomes.
- Build optimized data pipelines and scalable architectures for ML model deployment.
- Work hands-on with Generative AI frameworks, including LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Implement and extend ML and DL libraries such as XGBoost, SKlearn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Design ML solutions using AWS, GCP, and platforms like SageMaker, H2O, and DataRobot.
- Establish and maintain governance and monitoring frameworks for production ML models.
- Drive innovation and define technical roadmaps and standards for ML engineering excellence.
Required Skills & Experienceâś… 7+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Software Engineering
âś… Advanced programming proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala
âś… Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and multithreading
âś… Proven experience with Generative AI (LangChain, RAG)
âś… Expertise with ML lifecycle components (containers, real-time endpoints, CI/CD, model security)
âś… Deep experience deploying ML solutions on AWS or GCP
âś… Agile/Scrum experience and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with DataRobot, H2O.ai, or similar automation tools
- Experience leading small technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
